The apartment room spacious as we were with an infant. The food was yummy. Last but not the least we were there to celebrate my birthday and the team really made it a memorable one with complimentary cakes, cookies and fruits. As regards the team the entire team on 5 th floor of house keeping was great and would rate them a full 10+.,Mohidas and team thank you for your services.

Very Nice… one of the best places we have stayed in here in India… this one is our 17th accommodation as we have been here for last 6 weeks travelling…. We have stayed in fancy Forts, Taj Palace Mumbai to 4-5 star accommodation but I can truely say this place ticked all the boxes…. Not only the property has been maintained well to a 5 star standard, the staff are 5 star too from security to reception to restaurant… all top notch … We felt it was better than taj Mumbai in every way and thats saying something.

We enjoyed the hospitality as we entered the premise as everyone greeted us with broad smile right from the security to the person at reception. We were welcomed by guest relations team with traditional welcome which was quite unique .Check in formalities were smooth and so was the concierge. Though we stayed for only one night we used the coffee shop bakery at the ground floor and the restaurant on terrace - The Lotus ( excellent food) and also had breakfast the next day which was sumptuous and people manning the restaurant were very courteous and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Room was big nice with all the modern amenities. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very much delicious. Thanks to all the chefs. Guest service and all the other treatments was quite good. Overall it's a memorable stay and will definitely visit again.

The apartments were spacious and comfortable and really felt like a home away from home. The staff were really friendly and supportive and would go out of their way to make sure we had all of our needs met. Finally, the location was nice and central, which saved us many combined hours of would-be travel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It is the staff in this hotel that makes it a special place. Rupali Sawant went above and beyond to support me- I was unwell during my stay. A very special thank you to her. Rupali was professional, compassionate, and thoughtful at all times. Her behaviour is exactly what a guest would expect of hospitality staff. Kitchen and housekeeping staff were most helpful too. Puii and Akash were very helpful at breakfast. Harsh at reception was great at warmly welcoming me and ensuring that I was settled in well.

Overall great experience. I must recommend Pranali guest service agent for her wonderful service and the reception team not forgetting the duty manager (sorry can't remember all names) who was nice in providing me with a late check-out option although the hotel was full house.

Staff was very courteous and welcoming catered to every need and query. Rooms were clean with a stacked mini bar. Room service/requests were promptly catered to. Breakfast spread wasn't very elaborate but had the right varieties for a fulfilling start to the morning. Amenities like the 24x7 gym is really useful. Piano sessions in the weekend evenings are a bonus. In house restraunts have a good variety and quality of food is good.

We stayed with Hyatt Regency for 2 nights. Had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The property is located on main road so reaching there isn't a big challenge, also phoenix mall is just a few minutes away. There are nice restaurants to explore at the hotel but no green garden space to take a walk or relax which might be a good addition.
