Everything was perfect. Room was big nice with all the modern amenities. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very much delicious. Thanks to all the chefs. Guest service and all the other treatments was quite good. Overall it's a memorable stay and will definitely visit again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It is the staff in this hotel that makes it a special place. Rupali Sawant went above and beyond to support me- I was unwell during my stay. A very special thank you to her. Rupali was professional, compassionate, and thoughtful at all times. Her behaviour is exactly what a guest would expect of hospitality staff. Kitchen and housekeeping staff were most helpful too. Puii and Akash were very helpful at breakfast. Harsh at reception was great at warmly welcoming me and ensuring that I was settled in well.

Overall great experience. I must recommend Pranali guest service agent for her wonderful service and the reception team not forgetting the duty manager (sorry can't remember all names) who was nice in providing me with a late check-out option although the hotel was full house.

Staff was very courteous and welcoming catered to every need and query. Rooms were clean with a stacked mini bar. Room service/requests were promptly catered to. Breakfast spread wasn't very elaborate but had the right varieties for a fulfilling start to the morning. Amenities like the 24x7 gym is really useful. Piano sessions in the weekend evenings are a bonus. In house restraunts have a good variety and quality of food is good.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We received a very good service from the reception who answered all our queries and booked everything we needed. Because we had a small child with us room service staff were very supportive. They provided extra towels and were very patient when we asked for them to come at a later time. The room was clean and when we were in the room was saw they vacuumed and wiped the floors well. Although a bit dated the appliances in the apartment worked well. The location was also great 5min taxi from a big shopping centre. The hotel also has a recreation area which was great for the kids.

Breakfast spread was very good with multiple Indian (Maharashtrian and Gujrati) , Continental and Asian options. The staff was courteous and service was amazing. This was 3rd visit to this place and will definitely come back. We are always delighted to go back rejuvenated to our home.

This must be one of the most luxurious hotels in Pune. Staff wait on you constantly. I felt like lesser nobility. Facade, entrance and rooms all beautiful. Delicious food buffet. Small but excellent pool with pool service. Felt like wonderful value coming from the US. Treat yourself!

Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend all to experience if you are planning to Pune ; the breakfast spread was fascinating especially the local cuisines. Proximity to Phoenix mall was an addon advantage. Special mention about Niladri in the breakfast hall for your courtesy and hospitality
